I am so damn pissed! 🤬

I thought the same, but then I was thinking that maybe there is only one Karen, and that SOAB happened to have a title of vice…x
Some day she forgot to rub it out and was annoyed anyways because of vaccines.
Nonetheless Alice fucked up her name on her stabucks, then @darkdragon885 was mentioning about a chip. That flipped her, like @anon3825968’s co-worked freaked the fuck out.
But Karen, that SOAB happened to have the title of vice…x…
Sad story.

It speaks well of the CEO, perhaps. But it also means you short-circuited HR and the fuckwit security officer. They may have you in their crosshairs now, which isn’t a comfortable position to be in. I hope not for your sake.

Ya its I wait and see situation, if nothing else I get paid and get more exp. until It’s time to move on.

I had another idea (maybe its stupid- im drunk)

There are theese RFID Blocking cards - mmaybe you could convince them that you ā€œBlockā€ your implants while working so they wont work when you carry the cards xD

If they beleave that its a win <3

if they do research…

but then they see that there is no risk from the chipsanyway

Somehow, this counts like a little victory, I think… They didn’t dare to push that further. One little step towards accepting it, maybe… :+1:

Sidenote: I had similar problem with piercings at work, like I stated above - they were somehow tolerated, but our official papers still said ā€œno piercings except for one ring in each earā€, and tattoos had to be covered. My stuff was, like I said, tolerated for about 10 years now, and this week we got new official papers… I looked, and wow! The section now said ā€œpiercing have to be discreetā€, and tattoos were no longer mentioned at all. Well, whatever that means, but it’s a success

It’s amusing how much a few words matter with hr crap

A friend who is of similar training, and mindset as myself ( a responsibly armed citizen, but we won’t go into any debate on this topic)

Was tasked with redoing his companies weapons policy,

He added one word, which if you ask me made everything much more real world and reasonable

Before : ā€œno employee shall possess or carry a firearmā€

After : ā€œno employee shall possess or carry a firearm illegallyā€

And they signed off on it, (whether they knew or understood is another question)

Boom, just like that if you had a license your good to go, until hr has to review it because someone found out

But as I taught my students, ā€œconcealed means concealedā€ meaning nobody should ever know anyways
