Sometimes the excitement of getting an upgrade causes some of you to overlook some important information on the product pages.
If you have installed a transponder and now can’t read it… in most cases this has to do with either healing time (trying to scan immediately through bandaging and inflammation), or because user experience is not matching expectations.
The product we get the most worried emails about “not reading” is the xNT. If this is you, please take the time to go back to the xNT product page and read the “Important Things To Know” section, particularly the “Practical read range/performance expectation” and the “Tag Testing…” subsections.
