i definitely will, but what about the arduino reader? is it better? whats the diference? i see some advanced functions on NFC tools to write in the memory adress. could i hack into its UID if i really focus in it?
You cannot change the UID on an NTAG216 no matter how hard you try.
The Arduino reader can be used with an Arduino to read a chip. There are several well known Arduino RFID readers, without knowing which model you have we can’t give you specifics.

this is the reader, idk if i could do something with it that I couldn’t with my phone.
i found out about the nfc tasks, i can make my phone go all brightness and all volume up at the same tap but i cant open a youtube video with it too. Is it possible to make some personalized code that would command the phone to do both at same time?

That is an MF-RC522 reader. I am currently using one with an adafruit trinket m0 as the heart of my keyboard wedge
It is not the best Arduino reader but it works for NTAG and Mifare chips.
