I did this using local anaesthetic and I was pretty happy I did. Allowed us to go slower and take more time positioning the needle as it goes through the dermis.
Edit: since it’s just been uploaded it will take some time to get to full resolution. apologies for camera going out of focus, kind of defeats the purpose, but still a pretty decent video of it imo
I just yanked it and downsampled it.
