I bought an xNT chip, at the purchase time I paid 107 for on shipping package, but it failed with an error that my zip code was incorrect. I realized I hadn’t changed my address since I moved, but the payment went through anyway. I tried again this time with my old address and a different shipping option and it went through but my current charge is still there and the new one hasn’t been charged yet.

I saw this. Don’t worry, the credit card processor will release the charge in a few days; we have no control over this, but rest assured your funds from your original charge have not been released to us.
Your order is shipping in the morning, at the new better price; hopefully this is a small consolation
