How long is this video? So far it’s only one in this forum I cannot get to load 
I frequently have to right click and “download video”
That video is 1 minute long.

Next time try right click and open the video in a new tab and see if that works…
If it does, then it’s likely privacy protections of some sort as the video is an embed from another root URI
