Is it possible to re-write this chip?

I have a FDX-B chip here that Id like to re-write.

I’m wondering if its possible to write a some new data to it, possibly a ioProx to it?

What are the origins of your FDX-B? where did you buy it from?

Could it be a T5577 posing as an FDX-B?
