If the skin can move on top of the implant, it’s deep enough.
But if the skin moves with the implant, don’t let anyone tell you that you’re thin skinned… 
Joking aside, skin is pretty tough and not going under it is hard, literally… Driving the needle 20mm through the skin would take a lot of force.
It looks good to me. So I’d leave it alone if it’s not bothering you.

Looks perfect. The closer to the surface, the better the reads you will get too. I have one in the same position in each hand, and my left one is like yours and reads well. My right can’t be seen, and only reads on the more powerful readers.
You should be fine.

I have also some visible implants.
My xM1 is similar to yours.
I can also see my payment implant and 1 of my xLEDs.
I have at the moment 34
