Is there a plug-in usb-c NFC/RFID antenna for smartphones?

I’m looking for a product that helps me to manage my implants using only my phone. Things like reading implants that are poorly located in the body or cloning mifare classic 1k chips are hard to do on the phone. Is there such a product? If so, is it possible to use it with any NFC app on the phone or is it only possible to use it with a specific app?

I have a Galaxy s25+ and an iPhone 15 plus, so IOS vs Android is irrelevant for me.

EDIT: would it be possible to use a proxmark with a USB OTG (USB-A to USB-C) in order to use it with an android phone? Would the phone recognize it? And would apps like Termux or AndProx work with it to manage the implants?

If your phone isn’t rooted you’ll need the TCP/UDP Bridge Method

Works pretty well IMO, the rooted version anyways

Also, just in case you haven’t seen them:
MFGC and RSP

I used to use the RFID Tools app. It provided a nice interface for the Proxmark on Android and worked without root (I think). It’s not on the Play Store anymore, but it’s still on Github:
