I have tried to set my shipping address, but there is no option to ship for Brazil. Why is that?
Looks like it’s not available unfortunately
What if I pay for a DHL delivery? I’m aware of the implications in cost and taxes. I have bought from DT before in my country. It makes no sense to me that we simply became “unreachable” or "untrustworthy " to delivery services. I’m dedicated to receive the implants, though. Even if I have to pay for uncommon delivery services that are not integrated to the website systems.
@amal @tac0s
The problem breaks down like this;
- 50% of packages don’t make it through customs being bounced back or seized or simply disappearing.
- 30% of packages are stolen at some point between passing through customs and being delivered to the customer.
- 20% of packages are successfully delivered…
- 15% of the packages successfully delivered are stolen by people committing fraud. Either the customer themselves falsely claim some problem with delivery or that they didn’t actually make the purchase, or the purchase was made by someone using stolen credit card information.
In short, we’ve never made any money shipping to Brazil. On the contrary, we consistently lose money shipping there. We just can’t do it.
Come oooonnn, but what if I just pay for the best DHL shipping? I’m sure it’s safe. I have five x-series implants. I want to expand my capabilities with the flex series
Please?
@tac0s will make the arrangements next week. Basically we’ll make an invoice for you and send you a payment link. So, what do you want?
Let’s talk in private. I have sent you a DM.
Did you receive the message?
Just FYI it is One O’clock in the morning where Amal and Tac0s are, I’m sure one of them will be in contact when they see your message. (Did you include Tac0s in the DM?, if not you can easily add him)
DT service: We can’t do this thing, but you asked nicely so we will help you do the thing.
If I am ever president of the world, I hope I can adopt this philosophy as opposed to, well…. What most would do.
Thanks Amal.
Oh, Brazil… I have no doubt Amal is tired of me mentioning I wish we could ship there reliably. We were in talks to partner with a professional who wanted to distribute down there (this took weeks of back and forth) and the second it came time for them to order, they were no where to be found. That was, I dunno, six months ago.
