I have an access control system implemented and what I really want to know is the satisfaction and overall feelings towards a previous system interaction. After the user badges in and does whatever they need to dois actively doing something I want like a survey prompt to pop up. And since we’re collecting user information I definitely want to provide a notice that cookies may be involved in the interaction. Also, while we’re at it if there’s a certain degree of dwell time or if the user moves away from the reader I want to put a screen prompting if they would like to enter their email address and phone number to get 15% off on their next visit.
