Firstly, I can’t attest to the compatibility with any implants.
These are LF RFID locks ( plus bluetooth, pin, and fingerprint ) and looking at the keyring fob, I would assume they would at least work with a FlexEM.

If anybody has one of these and can confirm it works with xEM, NExT or FlexEM, I will update the spreadsheet
I know this is an old conversation, but it is still TBC on the spreadsheet. I am thinking about buying the L-H300 to see if it is compatible with my wife’s xEM and my NExT. I am hoping to find something compatible with both mine and hers. Unless you say otherwise I will go ahead and purchase it and let you know.
Unless somebody buys it, tries it and shares it, it will remain a TBC
We going down the LF path is your obvious solution
Hopefully you can buy it from somewhere you can easily return it if it isn’t compatiable
