oh its going to be super uncomfortable. breaking the encapsulation and twisting it is going to feel like needles tearing.

I thought you said it takes months for the encapsulation. Now I’m confused.

Think of it like mortar on a fresh brick wall.

In an hour it will stiffen up. In a day It will be hard enough to lean on a bit. In a week you won’t be able to damage it without big boy tools.

With encapsulation, it will take a week or so for it to form. It can take two months or so for it to get nice and set in.

Additionally, a tunnel is formed by the needle itself. To expand this tunnel is to lift the skin. It won’t feel wonderful.

Yeah I tried explaining it poorly to Frank. It is unlikely his implant was fully encapsulated in a week. It takes time but it is a process that’d start a part of the healing process
