If anyone happens to have a Titan laying around they haven’t installed yet or had to take it out for MRI or because you don’t like it anymore or anything like that, I am interested in purchasing it, and sending it to DT for sterilization and verification. 
Just going to leave this open in case anyone finds one they want to let go!

The Titan is a perfect combination of sensing and lifting. The m0422a has virtually no lift in comparison, but the sensitivity is good.
I am waiting for the m0422a install to fully heal, but it is already marginally different from the Titan.
E.g.
The Titan I could hold multiple different things through the band aid.
With the m0422a I can only pick up other magnets.
Things move to the Titan, the m0422a moves towards things, hence good sensitivity. ( because it’s so light weight?)
I’m happy with the m0422a but I bought it with the purpose to make my pinky finger buzz next to my ring finger with the Titan.
So far the Titan sensitivity wins IMO, but like I said I’m waiting for it to heal (its been like 2 weeks?) before I really try to test it out.
Another thing to note, I have a waterpik tooth brush. When I installed the Titan I couldn’t use the tooth brush (with my right hand) until it healed some because it was too sensitive. I didn’t experience that with the m0422a.
I’m thinking the m0426a might be a bit closer to the Titan given the field strength. And the reactive potential looks more similar to the Titan.
I might get a m0426a as well, but will always take a Titan especially since it’s a legendary item now (and I wanted to buy 3 originally, but couldn’t afford it until it was too late). 
Also to be clear, I don’t plan on replacing the m0422a
