Missing Products

I recently placed and order for two (2) RFID Diagnostic Cards. When the box arrived, the invoice indicated that two were in the container. However, only one card was enclosed. Please advise. I would like all of the materials that I paid for.

I got your message on Facebook as well. I apologize for the inconvenience. We are in the process of changing our shipping platform and noticed that multiples of a product ordered had been defaulting to a qty of 1 on the pick list generated. We have now resolved this issue.

In the meantime, I will send your 2nd item immediately today.
