My Experience Biohacking (xG3 v2)

I’m imagining you considering it with common sense as a shoulder angel, and the grinders of this forum as a shoulder devil.

This is certainly true on the hand. I use mine primarily to hold tiny screws at work, and if they are attached to me for more than a couple of minutes, it starts to get sore. That may be different on the earlobe, though – I know that they make magnetic earrings as an alternative to pierced, so I don’t see how an xG3 would be much different.

Me too. It is also my go to magic trick at the pub. I levitate a bottle cap and turn my hand upside down. Doing it for longer than a minute causes soreness.

How do you levitate it

:disappointed:

I kinda wanted a magnet for holding screws but I thought that you could leave a few small parts for 15 minutes or so without any problems.

There won’t be problems but there is a weird feeling of discomfort.

I have quite literally (I finished up about 10 minutes ago) just done some mods to my Flipper Zero. Throughout the process, I stuck the tiny little screws I was using to the side of my hand for convenience. They were probably on there for ~20 minutes and I didn’t even really notice them.

I’ve left paper clips on there for 30+ minutes without ill effect. Can’t speak to anything heavier though.

The main thing is that the flesh isn’t being pinched enough to inhibit blood flow. Tiny screws and parts won’t be an issue, a decent bolt might be, and any other magnets almost certainly will be.

Poor choice of English on my part - I was half asleep. levitate should be “magnetically attach to the back of hand and inspire feelings of amazement and awe in those watching”.

Sorry.

You probably can. It doesn’t really hurt. It is just a mild discomfort in the sense you notice something is not quite right.
