My Vivokey Spark will not read using the Spark Actions app

It has been implanted for over a year now and the app will not read it.
There are a couple of errors:
Not Vivokey Spark
Command ‘Read NDEF data’ failed with …

If I read it with NFC Tools, it reads everytime and gives me data

A screen recording might help, and also a DM of the NFC Tools read with NDEF / URL would be helpful.

I may have an idea as to why this is happening. It may be due to a presence check delay problem we’ve seen on certain Android devices. I have an update already built, but have just been waiting on our signing keys to be updated which happened a couple days ago. Tomorrow morning I can push an update to resolve the presence check delay and you can see if it works for you then.
