Hello, i am new here to dangerous things, my question is that i have a hotel that uses rfid keys but the hotel software has an encryption key for the rooms keys. what the hotel wants to do is instead of buying room keys from out of country, they want to buy keys from the states. so can the proxmark3 help replace keys that is bought from the states with a different? And I might have worded this wrong but if not, can you guys help out

Potentially, yes. It will depend on the type of card being used. If it is a RFID (low frequency) then yes. If it is a high frequency card then it depends on the type of card and whether any encryption keys are known or can be sniffed.
Are you able to scan one of the card using Taginfo and upload the results. Someone will then be able to help you.

Here is the file you ask for. To me, it’s a bit of a mess for me to understand, but I am trying. With this can you help, and also I am trying to get the proxmark3 software to work on the PC, but after I try to download it, I am not able to open the software from the tutorial on YT, but I am gonna try again tomorrow.
