Need some help with XSIID Nfc

Hello i just installed my red XSIID and it does blink but the reader fails to pick up nor does my phone(s24+) is it just that i have the reader from my previous implant not the right type or?

It’s likely not getting a good coupling due to swelling. Often it takes days to weeks to get good solid reads.

alright i seen that it did migrate a bit towards the injection site if the light is accurate

Some migration is normal in the first week or so. If you are careful you can gently rub it in one direction or another to make minor adjustments.

wasnt sure i had implanted a xNT chip in my other hand and it instanty look and was able to be read

Every install is different  the light blinking means it’s getting field power and the chip is getting power and supplying it to the LED… but probably just barely not enough power to start communication.

Update i did manage to get it to read just at the very edge of the reader

So bad news is, you probably aren’t going to get another read for about a week. Good news is in about two weeks you’ll get more reads easier. And then it’s just going to get easier from there for the next year.

It just needs time to settle.

I was the same way. Gotta trust the process

does yours feel a bit loose like it got free from the injection site? i was trying to move it into a more comfortable orentation and it feels like its not in anything just chilling under the skin

Yeah at the beginning. It’s surrounded by fluid right now. It will settle over the next 6 months. You can stabilize it with a popsicle stick for a few weeks
