New apex flex install: Fidesmo won't connect and everything is greyed out in Apex Manager

I followed the steps you outlined in your instructions. I was able to scan the chip on my Android phone using the SmartCard Reader app. How can I send you a screenshot of what I was able to read? Is there a way I can write you a Direct Message, so I don’t have to post my chip information publicly on the forum? I’m a new user here.
