I’ve had my NExT v1 implant for about 4 years now. Everything was working fine , after 2 years the RFID side simply stopped working. I was using it daily with my work access reader and then one day it just stopped, without any obvious cause.
I’ve since tried rewriting it with RFID cloner, but without success. No reader can detect the chip anymore. Whether it’s a stronger or a weaker one. I even waited another two years to see if any body/weather changes might somehow affect things, but nothing changed.
Notably, the NFCside still works perfectly. The implant is positioned very good, just thin under the skin.
Is there any known way to attempt a recovery or diagnose what happened?
