NFC MR Card Now Available!

Sure, we include a free MR card with our x-Series implants but more than a few of you scoffed and asked for an NFC version so here we are. These are NTAG213s with a URI record pointing to MR advisory information & patient cards for our products - DT Info - Dangerous Things Forum set to read only. Why read only? The point of these is to help medical professionals–not rick roll them

NGL, that made me laugh… But I agree that locking them is a wise move.

Provided, adding a QR code to the regular cards would get the same result without the cost of the added chip. Although the added NTAG213 probably helps describe the nature of RFID implants to a health professional.

Alternatively, if you need to and are able to verbally explain what they are, most hospitals that I have been to use some form of a badge system for opening doors to the more secure areas and employee entrances.

Do a quick once-over on who you are talking to. They probably have an ID or badge on them connected to some form of lanyard or bungee. If so, it is a lovely way to explain what we do.
