OTP Not adding Credential

I can tap into the Apex manager I can install the OTP app on to my vivo key but when I go to add the Credential after I scan the qr code Apex manage will not read my vivokey. Using a rf field detector I can see the phones reader is on but the App never acknowledges a tap. Any ideas ?

Even if I add the credential manually I have the same problem

Disregard. I have a Samsung fold apparently all I had to do is close my phone and open it again and it scanned the key added the credential. Weird because it scans every time just fine now.

Android devices won’t read tags when locked even though some might look like the app is scanning.
