Just brought the Next chip implant, trying to copy iso1444-3a does this chip come password protected??

Yep, but just the config bytes by default, not the actual user memory:

What exactly are you trying to do?

Copy a work access card iso 14443-3A with a Chinese read write device but keeps saying write fail

The NExT is not usually the implant of choice for cloning HF credentials

Do you know what type of chip it is? Mifare classic or something like that? If you’re unsure, can you scan it with your phone using an app like NFC Tools or TagInfo, that should give you more info

Which cloner do you have?

NXP- Mifare classic 1k

You would need a different implant to get a full clone of that card, there are several available that would work if you’re interested:

xM1, xMagic, FlexM1, FlexM1 v2, FlexUG4

Any of those should be usable to clone a mifare classic card

Do you have an android phone by chance?

Yep Samsung, which chip do you recommend from above mentioned?

It depends on what you are prepared to do install wise and what you are hoping to achieve.

The X series are injectable with a syringe but have a lesser read range. The flex are much better when it comes to reading. All are good though.

I personally only have injectables as I don’t have anyone who can install using a scalpel. Mine work on most readers but maybes 1 in 5 readers won’t pick them up.

A flex is certainly safer in terms of it working on pretty much every reader.

However an upload of a scan of what you want to copy is a good idea to make sure you get the correct implant.

They white cloner may well work for you, or it may not.
If you end up using a Proxmark or Flipper, thats the guide on how to remove the password

Thats a good start.

Where did you get that info?
