Problem with Copy an Apartment Fob (HID ProxCard) with a Proxmark3 RDV4

Hi there, I am trying to clone an key hob for the apartment where I live. I grabbed this Amazon.com
and this

I can clearly see the card get cloned.
This is what i got from my original key fob:

The two key fob appear to be identical, but somehow my apartment card reader is not responding to my cloned copy at all. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. I am a completely noob here. Thanks for helping.

ok so what you have is not an RDV4 first of all. you have a proxmark3 easy and you need to follow the advanced compilation instructions on the Proxmark Repo to flash it correctly.

after that can you take a photo of the reader you’re using this with, and the card you’re making a copy of, showing any brand identification
