Are there other tools like the Proxmark to change the serial number from the xM1 Plus? Or is Proxmark the only tool on the market?
Proxmark3 is the only real option unless you want to fiddle about with code for the ACR122U.
There is also this android APP that can supposedly do it:
Although I can’t vouch for it as I’ve not tested myself.

yes… we have a software package we have put together from various hacker tools for the xM1+ that works with windows and the ACR122U … I need to dig it up again, re-package it, and get some vids up on how to use it… I let it kinda go once we ran into issues with the xM1+ originally.
