Hi,
I’m getting a xSLX soon and am planning to install in site 0, but I’m having some trouble being sure I have the correct spot - does around here look correct?

Are you doing this self-install, or a buddy-install, or a professional install?
Keep in mind, it will move if it wants to. It’s like a ball on a slope, eventually it’ll settle into the hollow at the lowest point.

This is a picture of mine shortly after install.
The wide light blue line is bone, and the circle with line is where it was installed. The other line is where it ended up at. It helps to see if you kinda spread your thumb out so that the webbing stretches a bit.
There’s also some info to be aware of, for ex, you really want the bevel of the needle down and you need to “tent” the skin. Pretty sure there’s a guide around here somewhere about it. Try using the @Pilgrimsmaster automated search and retrieval system.
I’d offer more info myself, but I’m way too squeamish to be learning self install.

You do you, but personality, I would save the P0 for something a little more special, pr something you would use more frequently.

Just a thought here. Look at both our pictures. The red circle on mine is the entry point to the install. It looks like you’re going in the opposite end.
I’m not 1000% sure it makes a difference regarding installation, but it probably will be easier / more ergonomic for your buddy if they don’t have to kinda stand behind you during install.
