My spark 2 doesnt work, i cannot write to it via the spark app. When i scan it to read, it just redirects to the webpage to download the app. Email support has ghosted me. So i have an chip implanted in me that is just an advertisment for a broken app…
I knew buying a branded chip like this would end up with this issue, eventually it wouldnt be supported by the company and would be useless. But the product is still for sale. So you can imagine my disappointment. I was looking to upgrade to an apex flex but wanted to see what i could get out of the spark first, this really isnt giving me the confidence i need to continue to do business with this company.
For the record i also have an NExT that works without issue.
If I had an inkling, I would share it. I snagged Amal as he was headed out the door. We are going to send you some Spark test cards. I’ll ping you in the ticket. Again, sorry I missed your message. We are crazy busy tiny company.
I dont see a way to edit my original post, but i do want to clarify that this was quickly resolved and the main issue, as mentioned above, was a single missed email.
I just figured I needed to make some noise to get help.
