Was looking for some shelves in a thrift market today, and found this.
Appears to be a civilian issued version of my other Civil Defence dosimeter, but this one has a Ratemeter too. Price tag on box is 24.95, in 1961 dollars. Google says that’s about 188.99 dollars today.
Don’t know who Mr. Singer is, or much about Allied Chemical, but sounds an awful lot like a Vault-Tec Letter.
Gonna look real nice next to the others. Gotta get me a display case.
