I find the location to be a bit on the less practical side.
Also I am thinking how comfortable it would be.
…I mean it depends on the exact location and personal preference, but would your phone drain faster if you were about to keep it in your back pocket?

I don’t have a wallpaper because I wouldn’t see it, I use a tiling window manager (i3wm).

I had a thought about that after a few jäger-bobms…I admit.
I guess my comment seemed to be funny, but I actually meant what I wrote.
I was loosing batter power because of putting my hands in that pocket where my phone lived. The reader was constantly checking my Flex. But same happened because of my chip-IDs.
Edit: I looked it up, and don’t think it’s a good idea. Never dissected balls before, but I guess the muscle that regulates the temperature would be in the way.

Seriously, the whole random icon thing drives me nuts. It’s just one of the eccentricties that make me the craziest version of me. Everything is in a column on the left side of the screen, and the files and saves are stacked in folders.

I use my desktop so less, and dont really see it often^
a lost of stuff just goes on in the Terminal or browser or file manager - desktop is just a trash pile for me for random stuff that i dont really use often - well - the AppImages i louch from there - thats nearly all
I think it matters that my PC is hooked to a 50 inch t.v. in my living room. I don’t have actual tv channels, it’s just a giant monitor that doubles as my entertainment system. So it’s on display all the time when I’m not actively using it.
If i dont use it random screensavers appeear
