As in a Modmic, or are you talking about something better like a Shure with a USB to XLR interface?
Iāve been thinking about getting a Modmic but their wireless solution is just a microphone so I donāt see the point of using it with a pair of wired cans.

If itās being used for telephone calls, any studio-quality mic will be way overkill. The telephone lines will crush down the quality anyways.
Not to mention, a headset will be much more convenient, as you can move and turn almost anywhere and still be in front of the mic.
FWIW my employer gave us Plantronics Savi W745 headsets and Iāve had a good time with it. Comes with a variety of accessories, so you can use it as an earpiece or headset, whichever you prefer. The base also has a slot for an extra battery, so you can swap out if itās running low midday. And it has Bluetooth, so you can use it with a mobile as well.

@ODaily Apparently thereās an online link where you can get a coupon by text. That way you could see if thereās a store closer to you that has it in stock.
Itās a new customer deal though, so youād have to have an email/phone that hasnāt been used at Microcenter yet.
