Well, I turned if off, applied copious amounts of duct tape, then turned it back on… same.
The root cert looks good. It doesn’t expire until September 2025. The cert for f.dngr.us is outdated. From what I have been able to tell the redirect for dngr.us works fine. Maybe check if a different cert is being used for some reason?
With the release of the FlexUG4
I got bored of typing FlexUG4 so I made a short cut, we now just type ug4
and it will change to FlexUG4
hello
i will like to ask what type of proxmark3 would be the best for my situation?
and i will also like to inform you now that I’ve found some Dapps data that might have to do with blockchain on the sectors of this same card, which might need to be deployed or push to production just like some developers said, I think its related to a smart contract.
Proxmark3 Easy, like the one that Dangerous Things sells.
thank you.
Does anyone know what the capacitance of the chips for ug4 chip, gen1 or 2 magic mifare chip are?
I don’t KNOW the answer, but if I had to guess, my starting points would be
17pf or 70pf
@Amal should know, as that would determine which pcb antenna he mounts them to
I dissolved a ug4 test card and got really poor performance when i recoiled the antenna. Had to touch it against the flipper to get a read. Whereas when i recoiled a ntag216 test card and magic mifare fob i got really good read ranges. I dont have any diagnostic tools and it’s been 20+ years since i studied electronics at school. So looks like I’ll be doing a lot of trial and error.
Whatcha’ tryin’ to do with regards to
What size and shape are you trying to achieve?
I have some ideas for you…
Circular, 22mm diameter.
Do you have a vna?
You should be able to recoil it in the same shape of the card and be almost close
Nope no tools. I wanted to change the original antenna shape to fit into a wearable. Like i say I’ve managed to reshape the antenna on other type of chips and got good range but the range on this one changed to shit when i reshaped it.
That isn’t really how that works.
The coil size and number of winds will dictate your inductance. You’re going to have to have something to test it against at the least
They aren’t standard by any means… and it can vary because tolerances are pretty bad… but if you target somewhere around 27pF you should be fine. The chips are quite forgiving when it comes to tuning.
If it is around 27pf, if you look at the resonant repeater project of mine near the first few posts when i made the v1 board, i linked to an amazon listing that had coils from a fob, i believe those chips tested at 27 pf, should be a drop in replacement that would work. If you dont have any i could probably send you a few that i have.
Heres what I would do to start:
jump on your favourite Chinese shiny happy goodtime mega mart store
and search for something like
13.56MHz antenna
You should get some options like this
For cheap dollars…
Simply desolder the chip (if it comes with one) then resolder your chip of choice.
with luck, you will be happy smile fortune man
here’s a starter for you
10 x for about $3
The icode sli fobs?
Will do sir thank you.
Yeah kinda what I was planning but if different chips had different capacitance then i wqnted to target the right antennas.
