Termux doesnât work for you?
i guess they mean a GUI which is just not gonna happen unless an individual takes it upon themselves to make because iceman and a large majority of the english speaking RFID hacking community are big on learning exactly what youâre doing as you go so you can appreciate the technology, itâs why thereâs been no effort to upstream the desktop GUI app which ultimately falls short after every release
&& if youâre getting an RDV4 for the bluetooth and SPI flash you can add those onto a pm3 easy with relative ease, the bluetooth in the blue shark is a HC01 and quite a lot of pm3s tend to come with SPI flash nowadays anyway (in between MCU and FPGA) but if itâs not there itâs easy enough to mod in.
My opinion, The RDV4 is not worth the extra 5-6 x the price
ESPECIALLY if you already have a PM3 Easy
I have the PM3x, so basically the pm3 easy but with a battery and BT
ah the device that is an affront to god. (jks) is it. one of the ones that has a little screen?
e2a someone might want to merge us into the hijacking thread
You nailed it.
I live in terminal at work. But for a phone experience a touch interface would be ideal. If someone took on that project Iâd seriously consider a more sleek device .
Oh no it doesnât have a screen. Itâs a pm3x easy with BT thatâs all
D00d. Thanks for mentioning that. I went down the rabbit hole on the Android Termux and BT/TCP bridge setup, and while the connection with BT/TCP can be a bit flaky and need the occasional restart, I was able to successfully autopwn and flash a Gen1 Mifare to my implant. BOSS. Now I donât need to bring as much stuff when I travel to clone the occasional Hilton key that is Gen1!
I just came across this post on Reddit.
https://www.reddit.com/r/UnethicalLifeProTips/s/w7tbYjL0mS
The device is called a Gamma Core, itâs a vagus nerve stimulator. And it requires the purchase of RFID cards that authenticate it 30 days at a time.
What a load of shitâŠ
not arguing that its not bullshitâŠ
but just looking for any possible justificationâŠ
is the device borderline free and is subsidized or supported by the ârechargesâ?
still a gross model but maybe a bit more sense
RFID has made its way into the medical space for sure. Weâve been contacted by multiple refurbishment companies that are trying to crack different technologies involved in securing consumables so they cannot be refurbished.
Itâs a load of shit just like any access control company leveraging RFID chip security features to lock customers in, not actually use the security features for security purposes.
its 659$ and 600$ a month per those RFID cards.
rightâŠ
but if you donât pay for the physical device in the first place you ONLY pay for the cards⊠its slightly less gross,⊠thatâs all I was wondering
its a inital charge of 659, that gets you the device and 31 days use. then 600 a month thereafter
EDIT: Whoa, discorse doesnt like my use of $
This among many other reasons why right to repair is such an important movement. Not even just for refurbishments but to reduce e-waste in general.
And here I thought you were getting all snobby for a minute
Snobby? No one here is snobby, Amal has all of our moneyâŠ
I was wondering if this was one of those posts or just some guy who didnât speak good English.
Well, the original Reddit post got deleted but this screenshot should be enough:
@Pilgrimsmaster, I think that youâre going to have to move this oneâŠ
To the time out corner it must go.
