Is it worth asking Iceman in the discord?

I’m sure they’d know the answer, but I suppose it’s not a huge hassle to have to plug in the PM3 for a few minutes to generate the help text either

I’ll keep tinkering with it and see if I can trick it into working for now

Starting it with the --offline flag should be the way

Saw this in my news feed today:

I think that’s the same as -o

The problem is that offline mode gives an incomplete client, I’m hoping to get the whole client without needing a PM3 plugged in

In the unlikely event that anyone else just needs a big list of the whole PM3 client (in no particular order):

https://siliconbased.us/pm3/ref/raw.txt

Liable to change over the next few days if/when I discover any errors/repeats/missing bits

With any luck I’ll be keeping this and the ref up to date more often soon

Well, it is up now and you do have an account

Mostly it’s just me popping in to vomit out structure, outlines, and futzing over templates for things like implants.

I’m disappointed I haven’t been more active on it. I hope to change that this coming week.

Growing up outside of the US, I thought that the red flag on the side was a handle for some sort of latch that kept the mailbox closed. Then I learned that it’s an outgoing mail indicator…

yep… if the postal carrier doesn’t happen to have anything for your mailbox, there would be no reason to open every single mailbox to see if there was any outgoing mail… waste of time and energy… so the little indicator flag was born. Of course this was well before the advent of junkmail (ads), so because incoming mail was a lot more rare back then, the indiciator was critical to get the carrier to stop at your mailbox.

Especially around Christmas when little gifts might be left for the mailman. Do that today and you can go to jail for not putting proper postage on it.

Sometimes the good 'ol days really were better.

Nah I got a great relationship with my mail guy. I give him food and drinks all the time. That dude is legit. He caught a turkey in my back yard once. Knocked on the door and was like, hey if you process it I want a sandwich.

Mine’s more like:

ā€œFuck, this post is full of spelling mistakes, but if I fix it now, it will show as an edited postā€

The amount of times I’ve thought about not changing amal’s autocorrected name is to damn high

The idea of having outgoing mail in your mailbox is kinda crazy. At least to me… Are there other countries where leaving outgoing mail in your own mailbox is a thing?

Those were always receive only around here as far as I know.

About every other day I have outgoing mail being picked up from my mailbox.

I ship everything out on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. International packages go out on Saturdays.

It wierds me out that just north of me up in Canada you have to go to… a CVS pharmacy or some other random retail store to send your postal mail and parcels… like wtf? No post office? So odd.
