The iCopy‑XS with the new firmware based on the latest Proxmark3. I spent some time fine‑tuning the settings to ensure full compatibility with Hitag2 fobs, especially Paxton, because the iCopy‑XS uses a different LF antenna than the original Proxmark3. Everything now works correctly. For reliable operation, you only need to attach a small strip of aluminum foil to the back cover of the device. There is also, of course, a plugin that enables cloning Hitag2 fobs.

Does any of those changes improve the generic / rdv4 too?
I’ve been experimenting with the settings for reading Paxton Bullet on the iCopy‑XS. I had to attach a strip of aluminum foil to the back of the device (the foil strip can also be placed inside the device enclosure). At first I managed to get the Paxton UID to read — once it showed PCF7936 and the next time PCF7961, which was obviously incorrect. After adjusting the settings further, I finally got the block reading working properly. I tested both read and write — no errors at all. I think the device is now really solid when combined with your repository and the latest Proxmark3 updates. Thank you very much for your time and for all the work you’ve put into improving Proxmark3.

Another modification — the aluminum foil strip is no longer needed.

Added Hitag2 simulation (not yet tested). Removed unnecessary plugins — most are
now handled automatically via iCopy‑XS auto‑copy menu.

Some of the plugins may not work — I included them only for testing, because unfortunately there was no willingness to cooperate on various forums.

GDX Indigo is finally here… but thanks to the @… on GitHub, the plugin won’t be available. Let everyone thank the super brains @euipter and @amec0e — maybe they’ll figure it out, maybe they won’t… I’m not planning to help them

Thanks… If anyone wants to, feel free to read about the Spectrum Building in London… but that’s not the point. You spend your time and effort creating something and giving it away for free, and then someone else comes along and tells you it’s shit. A complete lack of culture, manners, and basic upbringing from their parents. Telling someone that their work is shit shows zero respect for another person’s time, effort, and dedication.
Right, im going to address this once and never again, because as @amal said, this is not a thunderdome, but i am not going to have someone call me out by name without me responding.
To clarify, this person has brought this drama onto the forum because he was chased away from the rfid hacking discord server by several people because he was forking amec0e’s LF plugins for the icopyx, putting his own name on them, and pring them as if they were his own work, with 0 attribution.
Jareckib (jeybee) “created” a hitag plugin that simply does not work, in the video provided, the moment he presses the button on the icopy, the result pops up, in line with the spec it was WAY too fast to produce a result, and he does this with a bullet fob simply resting on the antenna, genuinely not how that works at all.
after ages and ages of asking for it to be released he drops just the IPK file so no one can see the code to see how its done because its clearly just a scripted response and not really reading the fob, we tested with 3 different icopies with various hitag2 paxton fobs and cards and couldnt get it to work at all.
while we were waiting for any proof of it working or anything to come out to allow us to try it, amec0e himself developed an actual WORKING paxton plugin, i have every single message of ours over the course of a week where he asked me logic questions about how to do it so he was able to implement it, jareckib doesnt even understand how it works and because hes mad someone achieved what he couldnt, he started to claim it was stolen, claiming files that dont even exist in the code are stolen, here is where he was called out by quantum -
and here is where i showed amec0e that exact selection logic myself, it was not stolen, its MY logic.
Ontop of this, the “paxton decoding” for switch2 and paxton10 that jareck did post, are not at all the actual decoding algorithms, they are hallucinated AI generated slop, ive got all 3 actual decoding algorithms if anyone cares to compare results.
Adding to this, jareck made a big stink about “hitag timing” and pushing prs to the proxmark and the icopy saying that adjusting the timings to where he defined, allows fobs to read easier, there has been no proof of this, and the timing adjustments he made take the read time frame WAY out of spec, so far to the point they cause hitag2 not to work at all.
TLDR
this person is a clout chasing, vibecoding thief who doesnt understand the logic of any of this and just wants to put his name on others work, and when other people acomplish what he fails to do, he cries and claims they stole work from him.
i have every single drop of evidence for what i say if anyone cares enough about this persons mad ramblings
