Looking for someone in Massachusetts or Rhode Island who could install a titan into my ring finger, would need help knowing what to purchase lidocaine/pain numbing wise.

This stuff;
is awesome. You need to put it on well before hand. Like an hour or so, and then keep it covered so it can soak in. I used a latex glove with the numbing gel in it. Worked like a charm for me.
