Does this kit include everything I would need to achieve the same goal, or would I still need to get the xMagic separately?

The NExT is great, and often peoples first implant, however for your particular situation, the xM1 is what you want for your lock.

I have some ideas for you, but they depend on how far you want to go and your budget.

Is your Spark2 installed?

You COULD get the bundle with NExT and PM3
AND get an xMagic OR a FlexM1 (The FlexM1 would have the best chance of working with your lock)

This suggestion above would give you a pretty good starting point, and you would have everything you need for right now and a little for the future.
