Where can I get them cool LED bois

I’m very new to this forum, so I’m not sure if I’m in the right place to ask this, but oh well.
Are there any implants (from any company) that can give me LEDs under my skin in a pattern of any kind, like a circle or triangle of lights or anything? I’m not specific on what it is, I’ll take anything besides just a dot really.

I mean all we have here are the dots or triangle from 3 dots, sooo maybe a custom order or flexNext?

Just to be clear, you won’t get permanently-on LEDs: only LEDs that light up when they’re activated by a nearby NFC field. Just so your don’t raise your expectactions. As for triangular patterns, there’s the flexNExT:
