Mifare Classic Used to be common for Transit Travel, but when MF Classic was cracked it left free travel as a realistic possibility (depending on how it was implemented) and also, luclily for us, the possibility to simply copy a legit card onto a compatible implant FlexM1 for example.
Now MOST transit companies are using more secure options, like DesFire
Use TagInfo and check out your Chip type, My guess is DesFire, but if it is Mifare Classic, we can give you some options ( It won’t be for the one you are asking about in the Club, that we won’t name publically)
Yep, already done - it’s Mifare Plus X, already established DT has a suitable antenna and could create a narrow flex with a melted down physical card. I strongly considered it but did not go down that particular road.
That’s the crux of the issue I would greatly prefer to transfer over my existing or create a new virtual card to getting a conversion of a physical card, especially with me rapidly running out of hand.
