Wrote the wrong file to my flexM1 Gen2. FUBAR?

2am today I decided to program the flexM1 before implanting. Instead of letting the proxmark choose based on the UID, I manually specified -dump.json instead of -dump.eml .

Lessons learnt:

  • Don’t do stuff at 2am after a long day
  • Try out the commands on something cheaper/disposable first
  • Definitely program the implants first before installing it in you
