No, there are no chips you can write multiple IDs into… each chip has a single serial number, either an NUID or UID, and some can be changed, but no chips allow multiple IDs.
You can write multiple AIDs (applications) to the xDF2 (DESFire EV2) or the flexDF (DESFire EV1)… they are multi-application chips which allow you to create more than one application, each with a unique AID (application ID) and each application also has multiple keys and multiple files that can be stored in each AID.
