Xled and payment conversion compatibility/loss of sight to card reader

So for a some back ground, I very recently got my payment conversion and implanted into my hand. So far, absolutely loving it and loving the reactions of service workers seeing it. However, being absolutely no one’s fault but my own, I picked not a great spot for the implant, it reads perfectly, sits nice and flat and is only visible if I poke it

It sits right about there (I was in the process of swapping the second skin covering the sutures, I don’t not walk around with them exposed)

Those of you who have more keen eyes than I might already see the problem. Those of you who are like me and think nothing is wrong, let me explain:
I set the chip there because typically on the left side of the card reader screen is where you can easily see text letting you know when you can remove your card, however, I did not flip my hand over when thinking this. So now when I flip my hand on to the reader, the rest of my hand covers the left side of the screen.
So Ive come with a solution, the Xled. With where the payment conversion is sitting, i was thinking of putting it on knife edge closer to the palm side or at the horizon of knife edge so that i can see it when I flip my hand on the reader. The other spot for consideration is -p0, but i know that placing palm side is typically advised against, plus i dont know if card reader could get power through my hand to that spot and if it would be comfortable to have one there (unlike regular p0, all of that flesh moves around and squishes when the thumb moves)
Finally, I dont know a lot about the Xled other than that is just an led with no chip and am looking for thoughts and info on this (and experiences if someone else has done this, successfully or not). I do plan on getting an X field detector to tape to my hand so that i can test this, but i would still like to hear your guys opinions

Couple of the main things im wondering are
-would the xled pull too much power away from the payment conversion for it to work properly
-is knife edge a bad spot for this
-can the xled even be powered by a card reader
-is the xled bright enough to be seen though my hand if i place it at p0
-is this a bad idea
Any thoughts, information, and opinions are highly appreciated

I have an xLED on the base of my thumb that I intended to use for testing whether payment terminals are in the right mode to accept payment from my conversion. I’ve been trying it for a few years on different terminal types and I can barely ever get it to light up. The xLED antenna is just too small and the wrong shape to interact with payment terminals.

I think you’ll be very disappointed. Try it out with a field detector keychain and you’ll see what I mean.

So after a weekish of testing, I do see what you’ve experienced (or so I hope)
So far only vending machine readers have provided a somewhat desirable glow, however that’s with only the keychain, it would others wise be off the reader if in my hand. Most of the gas station/fast food readers arnt great with where it would be sitting if inside my hand. And I havnt been to grocery stores but I can safely assume they’d be same as gas stations and fast food readers
Sorry for such a delayed response, I wanted to do a good range of readers and stores so that I had a decent pool of info to go off of
