Asked my credit union and they had no clue about them, wonder if maybe calling the corporate number would help
Or are there any 3rd party companies?

RE: Sourcing a viable card, That either depends on where in the world you live or if you are willing to pay the bank fees.
Personally I think currently the best options if you don’t have them in your country is, one of the “online banks” such as the iCard option that @Mariarangok is looking at
