Apex Flex connection error

Hey folks,

got my Apex Flex today. Before I make an appointment to get it installed I wanted to check if it works. So I read here and somehow the other thread doesn’t help me. I don’t get past the point where the Fidesmo app tells me, that the device is not compatible with Fidesmo. I tried it with a Sony Xperia 1V and a CAT S61 with the same result. Is there a problem with german software restrictions or something like that? I have a dump of the Fidesmo app logging.

That is all I got and I hope I can get it running with some help.

Hi Stephan,

It looks like we once again may have sent out more Apex Flex without properly finalizing the chip. At this point you should stop trying to use it as this may actually end up bricking the chip because it thinks someone is trying to break the master key.

What we need to do is remotely finalize the chip. To do that, follow this process here;
