Help Provisioning Cybernetic Ring

Hello!

I recently received a Cybernetic Encrypter ring. Unfortunately I think the Apex chip wasn’t properly finalized as I cannot interact with it in either the Cybernetic or Apex manager apps. Both allow me to name the ring but not to do anything else.

These other posts seem to have a similar issue with the Apex chip.

I saw that Amal could help with the Apex flex issues but I’m not sure if he can help with the Encrypter ring. Does anyone know who could help with this or have a way to contact someone at Cybernetic? I tried the phone number on their site several times but there was either no answer or just a busy tone.

I know very little about the Cybernetic Ring, but if it’s the same as the Apex, then you would need to use the Fidesmo app to load applets onto it.

The Fidesmo app can’t connect to it either, sorry I should have mentioned that as well. The Fidesmo app won’t let me take a screenshot, but it gives the same error that this user had. The second image on their post is the same thing that I get.
