Hi,
Does anybody have a BeUno Temperature implant and a solution to read it with android 15?
The App does not open anymore since last update and the team from Dsruptive does not answer my mails.
Thanks in advance
Hi,

The App opens just fine for me.
I use a nothing phone 1 with android 15.
It won’t actually read my implant. Although I believe that might be a hardware issue.
I believe they use the key lockdown in order to get any data from the implant… if they have disabled the API then it may not be able to be read for data. Can you read it with taginfo at least?
Also which location did you install it? Chest or armpit? Have you tried a repeater sticker rsp?
Have you tried the live chat?
Since you have one, you should be in the special group of allowed participants… is there no participant forum or group support mechanism for you to communicate with?
No idea. I haven’t spoken to them since I had my implant installed.
Read performance for the BeUno with my phone has always been terrible though. Tag info can get a read on it after two or three attempts.
The repeater stickers unfortunately don’t seem to help.
I have the implant installed in the chest area. I haven’t actually tested reading the implant with another device. I’ve just blamed the phone the whole time.
I have it in my chest. And i was reading fine before the Update.

The problem is not the implant, it works with other phones with android 14.
To explain my problem clearly: the app is not opening on my Pixel 9 Pro XL with android 15.
On any other device with Android 14 or lower the app and the implant are working perfectly.
Sorry for the confusion.
If reinstalling the app doesn’t help, then its probably on Dsruptive to fix this.
Wish I had anything more helpful to say.
If your version is working in 15, can you be so nice an send me the apk via DM?
Is the app visible for you in the play store?
Thank you.
Yes i did without any reaction. Same as writing them directly via email.
The only exclusive access i got is that i was able to see the app in playstore.
No additional group, forum, discord etc.
Just a lot of marketing…
While fiddling with my phone I just pressed the “archive” button in App settings.
If I try to restore the app, I just get an error message
The app is not visible in the play store for me …
Can’t reinstall. Can’t seem to get an APK off my phone because I accidentally pressed “archive”.
Fuck.
Guess I’m gonna have to send them an email as well.
There is a “Telegram Group” i don’t know how to send you the link.
You can’t, it’s a private group.
Same for me.
Someone from the Telegram group sent me the APK but I can’t install it.
Can someone send me the apk from the group please?
Thanks
This is one of the reasons I’m hoping someone will make an open source sensor implant. (also wish the Apex chips were more open…)
RESOLVED!
Incredible, i just got an answer from DSruptive with a link to the new APK.
It’s working again.
Btw there is a SDK for the BeUno including API, if im not wrong. But as far as i remember DSruptive is charging a fortune for the usage.
If anybody need the new APK i can share it, as DSruptive is facing some playstore issues rn.
Thanks to everyone!
They sent me an APK as well.
Glad we got that worked out.
The Apex needs to be closed, and it is a great implant, it’s probably now my most used implant, But, the awesome thing about VivoKey (the company) is, the staff are like us, they are a part of the community, they are us; that means they know what some people want.
So they gave us an alternative that has all the openness it sounds like you are after. You are in complete control.

Most of us who have been around a while, fully trust Vivokey / Dangerous Things, So I would still highly recommend an Apex, I have had one for years and zero problems or issues, I actually have both an Apex and FlexSecure, My Apex is my primary, and my FlexSecure is my backup / overflow.
But if you can’t bring yourself to to get an ApexFlex, grab yourself a FlexSecure, It sounds like online security is important to you (as it should be) you won’t be disappointed with the FlexSecure.
I dont have an android 15 device to test but this one is built to work with Android 15 (SDK 35) and should work
