Card version of Java Card Implant

Dear Dangerous Things,

Is there a way to get a credit card form factor version of the chip that is in the flexSecure Java Card Implant?
I would like to do some tests on what if i want is possible with it. But I would like to do that on a cheap edition that is outside of my body first.
Or what is the specific chip so that I can find a card form factor version?

I am looking to store a “small file” on that and make a custom app to read it back

Regards,

There is a card with a similar chip: https://dangerousthings.com/product/j3r180-test-card/

It’s also available as an option if you order the card pack, but you must select the “J3R180” or “All” option in order to get the card.

Just to clarify, the chip in the J3R180 test card is the same as in the flexSecure (and even Apex) a NXP P71D321, and setup the same way as a flexSecure. The testcard comes with both contact and contactless interfaces though.

I went by the description in the Card Pack page:

Didn’t want to say that it was the same if it wasn’t. This might need some clarification when Tac0s can get get to it.

It will for sure be open source if I get it to work. But now I am in the proof of concept phase.
But thank you for the thread. I will have a look it might have some solutions for me.
I am mainly afraid of Apple, but only time will tell when I get to that point of development.

Ahh, perfect, then I can have some hardware without having the implant.
