I couldn’t get this one to wake up without touching the keypad. Or even read a flex without a repeater. Similar but different. It uses eSmartLock for the app.

id totally buy these and make some light modifications to able to use them around the house/office if they weren’t 70 goddamn dollars

i love the idea of an NFC enabled padlock but all the ones on the market are featurecreep trash that is needlessly over-indulged with shit like Bluetooth, companion apps etc, i doubt this would hold up to a couple well placed blows with a mallet.

someone make a padlock that has the same basic functionality of an ikea rothult and sell them for 20-30$ and i will spend an amount equivalent to the US defense budget on them.
