I had THE ABSOLUTE BEST chocolate I have ever had in my entire life in Kobe.
I think it was at Harbourland.

On a slightly different note, several litres of beer in the Sun may make you snore on your train ride home.
It may be a cultural thing but nobody wanted to sit next to me on the train, despite it being crowded.
