Remember the Blue Bambino? This is quite similar but it masquerades as a traditional keyless FOB and only has four chips instead of six.
For those that missed that one, this gadget contains two t5577 and two Magic MIFARE 1k Classic chips allowing you to store four different IDs (two LF and two 4-byte MIFARE Classic) in one package. Each chip is only connected while its button is pressed. Buttons A and B are t5577s while C and D are Magic MIFARE. The device comes in one of two Magic MIFARE flavors: gen1a which can be changed with a Proxmark or Flipper and gen2 which can be changed with an Android phone or a Proxmark.
